The following conditions apply to every order placed on this website. Placing your order with us and/or sending/dropping off your device indicates your acceptance to these terms:
We don't like keeping orders here any longer than they have to be, so prompt shipping is a number one priority for us. We have satisfied customers all over the country and we have shipping options for everyone no matter where your location. We ship same day 99% of the time.
We're proud to offer several different shipping solutions on every order. If you need your order to arrive faster than your requested shipping method allows, please give us a call at (312) 450-7265 so we can discuss your options.
Shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL) do not compensate for late shipments due to weather. Additionally, FedEx Express Priority and UPS Next Day Air will not compensate for late deliveries if packages are delivered within the expected calendar day. As a result, ReVamp Wholesale will not compensate for late shipments due to the above conditions.
If you suspect your shipment has been delayed due to a reason other than weather, please contact our Customer Relations team at (312) 450-7265 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim.
Claims are typically completed within 30 days of filing.
In the event a package is lost, shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL) will only cover up to $100 worth of the package, or the total cost of the shipment if the price is $100 or less. ReVamp Wholesale is not responsible for lost merchandise due to carrier error, and will uphold carrier rules and regulations of the shipping method, that was selected for each order.
While lost merchandise is not a common occurrence, we do recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders exceeding $100 to ensure additional coverage for lost packages You will have the ability to select shipping insurance upon checkout.

USPS Priority Mail (tracking number provided, takes two to three business days)
USPS Express Mail (tracking number provided, takes one to two business days)
UPS Ground (tracking number provided, takes one to five business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (tracking number provided, takes two business days)
FedEx 2-Day (tracking number provided, takes two business days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (tracking number provided, takes one business day)
FedEx Standard Overnight (tracking number provided, takes one business day by 3PM)
FedEx Priority Overnight (tracking number provided, takes one business day by 10:30AM)
FedEx First Overnight (tracking number provided, takes one business day by 9AM)
International Shipping Options
The following shipping options are for customers outside of the United States:
DHL Express (tracking number provided, takes two to three business days)
USPS Priority Mail International (no tracking number provided, takes six to eight business days)

Delivery options and charges
Shipping is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated by us, all shipping options are an additional charge according to the price listed next to the option selected. The cost of the shipping will be charged and added to your order.
For your security, we may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a door tag authorizing the release of the package without anyone present.
Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are proud to offer Next Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at an additional charge.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Use USPS if you are at an APO or FPO box. We reserve the right to change your shipping to USPS if you provide us with a PO/APO/FPO. In some cases orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes may take longer to be approved.
For Saturday delivery service, please place your order on Friday and select “FedEx Priority Overnight” with “Saturday Delivery” for your shipping. If you are in close proximity to our Chicago facility, you may also receive your order on Saturday by selecting USPS Priority shipping. Orders are not eligible for delivery on Sundays
Our shipping carriers do not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the USPS, UPS or FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.
