Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live Chat, email, and incoming calls
  • Regularly corresponding with our customers to develop a strong relationship between their business and our company.
  • Recording all correspondence in our online database.
  • Assist in the tracking of trends in terms of issues in order to help sustain the quality of our products and our services.
  • Assist in handling customer issues.

Warehouse Shift Supervisor

What you would do:

  • Assign tasks to employees
  • Train new employees
  • Oversees opening and closing of the warehouse
  • Monitors employee work to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Keep work area cleaned and organized
  • Motivate employees and offer incentives for strong work performance
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond quickly and practically to emergencies, crisis, or unexpected problems during shift

Physical Demands on the job
While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to talk or hear. You will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. You will occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

What you would do

  • Report to Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Management team
  • Contribute to ReVamp’s daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations
  • Must be able to take direction from Supervisor and be able to complete multiple and varied duties within the warehouse
  • Pick, pack and ship orders quickly and accurately
  • Be able to properly use the warehouse label printers and scales
  • Attach correct labels to each package, ensuring all items are accurate and reporting any inconsistencies to your supervisor
  • Utilize pallet jacks and carts to move merchandise within warehouse
  • Placing components into appropriate bins with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Will be assigned some facilities maintenance duties (mopping, sweeping, breaking down boxes, etc.)
  • Trained to visually inspect and test parts and sub-components
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Paid training will be included

In this role we are in need of a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professional, who is looking to grow internal accounts along with establishing a new customer base. As a part of your DNA, you are an aggressive, self-starter with the ability to establish executive relationships, articulate ReVamp’s products and create the demands that makes sales happen.

What you would do:

  • Ability to make cold, warm and hot calls
  • Promote & sell products to current & potential customers
  • Manage your own leads: utilize resources to cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your sales pipeline
  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make introductory calls, qualify the business, develop a sales strategy and close the deal
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute plans to achieve sales goals

We are in need of a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional who can handle data entry, customer support, lead generation and inter-departmental communication.

What you would do:

  • Provide administrative support to Director of Sales and sales team
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databases
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars/email
  • Report creation and work within the company CRM software
  • Managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel as well as drafting PowerPoint presentations
  • Performing basic clerical tasks (filing, faxing, printing, etc.)

RMA Associate

Return Merchandise Authorization

Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Authorize return of defective merchandise
  • Receive and process returned goods
  • Categorize and label defective parts based on vendor and defect
  • Maintain records and communicate trends
  • Receive and process incoming LCD Buyback orders
  • Test received LCD’s for functionality and qualify for acceptance
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, cart area, and workstations neat

Creative Assistant

Great design knowledge and familar with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media, AdRoll, etc.) Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Plans concept by studying information and materials. Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style and related aesthetic concepts. Obtains approval of concepts by submitting rough layout for approval. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. Meet with creative team to establish a vision for a product or design. Perform research on competitors and market trends. Possess understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital. Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Muse, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail. Collaborate with business leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.

UX/Web Developer

Web Developer responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our websites. Web developer responsibilities include building our websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

Brand Writer

Creative Media

The Brand Writer will handle all brand accounts at ReVamp. Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the Creative Team. Presenting ideas and familiarising themselves with the brand, the target audience and the consumer electronics industry. Writing clear, persuasive, original copy while updating digital media. Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar and amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback. Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion. Working under pressure and often tight deadlines. 

Other possible responsibiltites:

  • Casting actors for TV and radio work and listening to voice tapes
  • Liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers
  • Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
